110. Renewal of expired licence
or rating.– If, on the date
of application for renewal, the licence or rating has
expired, the applicant shall be required to undergo on the job training and qualify
the examinations and skill assessment tests as may be specified by the
Director-General to assess the applicant’s competency to hold that licence or rating.
