135C. Appeal- Any operator of an air transport service aggrieved by an order of the Director-General under sub-rule (3) of rule 135 or under sub-rule (3) of rule 135-B may, within a period of 30 days from the date of any such order, prefer an appeal to the Central Government and the Central Government shall, after giving the appellant an opportunity of being heard, pass such orders as it deems fit.
