57. Instruments and equipment
- (1) Every aircraft shall be fitted and equipped with the instrument and equipment including radio apparatus and special equipment as may be specified by the Director-General according to the use and circumstances under which the flight is to be conducted.(2) Such instruments and equipment shall be of an approved type and installed in an approved manner and shall be maintained in a serviceable condition.
